GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Family cottage on private six-acre lot on Northumberland Strait. Wildlife includes deer, porcupines, racoons, foxes, seals and a wide variety of shorebirds and woodland birds. Less than two miles to Fox Harb'R Development, with outstanding golf course and gourmet dining; approximately 8 miles to Northumberland Links and 12 miles to Pugwash. Ideal for cycling, birdwatching, kayaking (at high tide), warm sea bathing, walking at low tide to uninhabited island(s).

Electric range & fridge, electric heating, TV, VCR, woodstove, good well, ample hot water. Fully screened. Dishes, bedding, and towels (except beach towels) provided. Can sleep 6.
